• insuring the monitoring of the voting day for the European Parliament elections in 1,000 voting sites located in both rural and urban areas;
• insuring the monitoring of the public institutions having responsibilities in enforcing the law; informing public opinion and international organizations acting in the anti-corruption struggle about how those institutions take their responsibilities and enforce the law in the area their responsibilities cover;
• insuring the monitoring of the election campaign for the EP in terms of the financial resources the political parties and candidates use in those campaigns and informing public opinion about the amounts of money spent by the main political parties at the national level as well as about the way the law will have been respected;

The project aims to:
- develop and disseminate a research on civic participation instruments taking into account public budgetary system, with a focus on subsidiarity;
- develop "citizens' initiative groups" within 20 pilot communities;

The project aims to:
- raise awareness and the information level of the general public on the issues (social, psychological and legal problems) of "home alone" children;

- facilitate access for 1000 CSOs to a complex electronic communication instrument tailored to serve CSO interests by hosting their advocacy campaigns, questionnaires, and offer resources exchange services and discussion forums;

The overall objective of the project is to support advocacy work in relation with the Parliament and the National Council for Combating Discrimination (NCCD) for better legislation and practices in the benefit of the victims of discrimination.
One of the main goals of the project is to strengthen the visibility of vulnerable and marginalized groups and NGOs that promote and defend the rights of groups exposed to discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, belief, sexual orientation, HIV positive status, gender, gender expression and identity.

To enhance, strengthen, and support the advocacy and watchdog activities of Romanian environmental NGOs, in order to increase their contribution to policy shaping, law enforcement, and monitoring the implementation of European and national legislation.
The organization will create a flexible grant making scheme for the 2007-2009 period to strengthen the environmental advocacy network. The specific objectives of the project are, community facilitating to elaborate long-term strategic plans for the integration of "Roma priorities" (identified by national agenda), strengthening capacity of local Roma NGOs (including a grantmaking element), analysis of public policies, elaborating proposals with experts and advocating at central institutions.
