The project objectives are:
– 25 NGOs have knowledge of assessing quality of public participation processes;
– 25 NGOs successfully monitor and assess public consultation processes in their communities;
– 20 NGOs and 20 local administrators increase knowledge of effective public participation;
– 10 NGOs and 10 local administrations increase efficiency of public participation in their communities;
– Success stories and lessons learned are promoted.
