The goal of the project is to enhance the organizational capacity following APD’s organizational strategy in order to become stronger at local level, therefore increasing the ability of citizens to get involved in the decision making process.

The objectives are:

• Analyzing APD’s network and drafting a needs analysis considering the strategic lines of APD;
• Increasing the organizational capacity of the Regional Centers;
• Increasing the organizational capacity of APD’s branches to adequately respond to the needs and agendas of local communities.
