The goal of the project is to enhance organizational capacity of the grantee in the following dimensions: social involvement, dissemination of outcomes obtained to date, financial stability.

Objectives:

• Establishing a professional department for relations with donors and NCF supporters.
• Developing strategic concepts and documentation regarding the functioning of the entire organization: strategies for internal and external communication promoting the feeling of identity and involvement, both among NCF staff and on a social level.
• Extending the scope of activity of the organization, as well as its efficacy in reaching individuals in need of help, support or information, through involving ambassadors.  
• Balancing sources of financing of the organization and obtaining greater stability by increasing the share of the budget coming from contributions from private individuals.  
• Promoting the open engagement model in a catalogue of good practice for use by other organizations in Poland and abroad.
