The project sets its goals around three axis:

• Empower and motivate! the CSOs in culture for getting a new sense of belonging, for becoming a stronger policy partner and by experimenting with introducing the notion and practice of "design for social change" and new communication tools in the cultural policy arena
• Know better! the rules of the cultural policy game and learn to spell out the unique contribution of independent CSOs in cultural and social development
• Liaise! and create links with policy advocacy actions at EU level and with CSOs actions at national level from other fields of social life
