For this purpose, the specific goal of this project is to develop policies on hate crimes by preparing and promoting the adoption of a national strategy and action plan against hate crimes. The strategy would define long term goals to be achieved in the fight against hate crimes, while these goals would be broken down to a series of concrete actions to be executed by various state and non-state institutions. |
