Goals:
- Reinforcing the formative and educational character: refinement and implementation of a system for formation of persons constituting the Shipyard’s team
- Strengthening the group of "boatswains" / managers
- Strengthening managerial competence within the Shipyard
- Developing and testing a standard model for completing of the Shipyard projects
- Developing a long-term strategy of the Shipyard functioning and a model for funding its activities
