The goal of the project is to initiate the creation of a new Strategy for the Konin town covering the period 2012-2025. The Strategy will not be written so as to comply with very limited formal standards (e.g. administrative), but it will be just the opposite. Every single sector will be involved in preparing and implementing the Strategy. In such a way, the process of preparing the LDS will activate local residents.

Objectives:

·         Ensuring support, participation and awareness;

·         Preparation of the LDS document;

·         Give the LDS a legally binding status;

·         Sharing the model.
