 The goal of the project is to build a strong and sustainable organisation, which will have:

• a well-defined profile and clear vision of own development and mission;
• well-defined relationships with other organisations working in the area of human rights, in particular so called “digital rights” (both in Poland and abroad);
• high level of competence to perform;
• integrated and well-trained team;
• stable group of supporters and cooperating experts;
• efficient and well-targeted media outreach;
• stable and predictable sources of funding.

Its objectives are:

• revising and developing the strategy;
• building the capacity to act;
• defining and strengthening relationships with other constituencies.
