The project aims to increase civic participation in the elections and to prepare model examples of dialogue and cooperation of residents with their authorities.

Objectives:

• to increase turnout in the parliamentary elections of 2011
• to develop solutions facilitating civic participation in all types of general elections
• to motivate to action and to provide the non–governmental organizations and informal groups with the skills needed to animate the dialogue between citizens and the local authorities.
