Project Description	The project aims at enforcing and developing of civil monitoring over the EU funds use in Bulgaria as a good practice, accepted by the society and institutions. The specific objectives that will help achieve the goal are: Improving the process of civil monitoring – structure, methodology, thematic frame/scope, etc. Successful participation in the first phase of programming (2011 – 2012) of EU funds after 2014 Internal development of the coalition as an important stakeholder in EU funds monitoring in Bulgaria.
