TThe long-term goal of the project is to build and improve the level of intellectual capital, by way of better quality early childhood care and education; the specific method selected is to develop tools to monitor the quality of education services for children.

Objectives:

•             To learn about the quality standards for early childhood services applied in selected EU countries.
•             To define – in a participatory process – the quality standards for the new early years provisions.
•             To create tools allowing implementation of new services.
•             To help ten rural municipalities to implement new forms of early years provision.
