| Project Description | The program aims at raising awareness of regulations’ effects and improving regulatory policy through research, monitoring, networking and advocacy. The specific objectives of the program are to: 1. improve the legislative process and secure a broad public support for more transparency and accountability of public institutions; 2. expose and comment the real debate in public policy making in its initial stages when changes are possible while in the meantime advocate for more predictable and understandable legislative process open for public debate; 3. unite NGOs in joint efforts to promote and demonstrate the merits of organized pro-active civil society; 4. define and integrate into IME operations a communication strategy that will strengthen and unify current and prospective affiliates of NGO community; 5. improve the capacity of IME by developing a sustainable fundraising program. |
