The project aims at strengthening the integrity of public institutions in the field of energy policy formulation, fostering an organizational culture of fully transparent operation of these institutions, including the proper implementation of the Freedom of Information Act of Hungary and the third major goal of the Institutional Integrity Unit will be to fight against high-level corruption, thus generate a major shift towards higher standards of government accountability.
