| Project Description | The project aims at establishing sustainable platform of emerging private donors (NGOs and companies). The BDF is aspiring to act as a leader, promoter, educator, advocate and convener of different type of donors to expand the culture and practice of philanthropy. The overall goal of the proposed project is to strengthen the Bulgarian Donors’ Forum as the recognized, visible and credible platform for promotion of corporate, organizational and individual giving and catalyst for local philanthropy for social change. The objectives are: 1. Increasing the role of the BDF to influence the legal and regulatory environment regarding philanthropy. 2. Increasing the visibility of BDF as the promoter of social responsible philanthropy by communicating targeted audiences – the media, the public and young people. 3. Increasing the role of BDF for development and promotion of good philanthropy practices, case studies and experience among donors – BDF current and potential members. |
