ECNL will advocate for better funding environment for NGOs and strengthen the potential for NGOs to utilize funding from EU sources by increasing understanding and awareness concerning the problems which result from the 7% cap on indirect expenses among different stakeholders and contributing towards resolution of the problem from the 7% cap on indirect expenses through creating and initiating an advocacy strategy |
