| Project Description | The current picture of Bulgarian philanthropic development presents old problems sharpened by the new economic situation. Citizen engagement with important issues does not translate into giving to NGOs; individual giving remains unplanned; few NGOs place fundraising locally high on their agendas. The project proposal aims at introducing practical models and innovative methods in the sphere of philanthropic employee giving at times of crisis. In addition, the project aims at BECAF institutional strengthening. |
