| Project Description | The project aims to improve the legal-fiscal environment of Hungarian civil society through addressing long standing legislative gaps by preparing background analyses, draft proposals and by advocating for their approval in the coming 2 years in the following areas: (1) new regulation creating a uniform and authoritative database of NGOs with an option for “one-window” electronic administration (2) the relevant chapters of the new Civil Code (foundation regulation) (3) the review of the Act on Public Benefit Organizations (4) the lack of transparent state financing mechanisms (Public Finance Act) |
