| Project Description | The overall goal of the proposed project is to contribute to the development of new reform policies in pension insurance. CED will identify and assess the challenges and the achieved results from the implemented three-pillar pension model in Bulgaria in 2001 and will give recommendations about necessary next steps. CED seeks to continue the active collaboration of all stakeholders while drafting and implementing the first phase of the pension reform in Bulgaria. The team will assess the achievements and the challenges of the pension reform and propose the necessary next steps through a combination of desk research, review of literature and sociological study. The new plan will be made accessible to public through debates and on-line discussions. |
