This is an institutional and strategic grant to support BCNL organizational development. BCNL has identified three interlinked priority areas of work for the next three years: improvement of the legal and financial framework for NGOs for their better financial sustainability; assistance to NGOs to know and use legal provisions and regulations; NGO/Government Partnership especially in the area of social contracting at the local level. BCNL will support the introduction of the legislative proposals in Parliament and will monitor the entire legislative process. |
