Enhancing the participation of civil society in Bulgaria in public policy formation through the "budget advocacy" approach. Strengthening the non-profit sector capacity to address critical societal and policy issues. Building budget literacy and capacity to influence decision-making among different groups of active citizens, local and business communities; establishing citizens» budget advocacy groups engaged in municipal budgeting process; creating formal spaces for civic involvement on municipal level; planning models to further replicate the project achievements.
