To enhance civic participation in Bulgarian rural areas. To build the capacity and effectiveness of rural Chitalishte to catalyze cross-sector partnerships for local development initiatives; to establish models of successful cross sector cooperation – Local Development Initiative Committees (LDIC); to promote the successful grassroots civic initiatives and cross sector partnerships in rural areas; to promote rural chitalishte as strategic partner for local development.
