Transparent and service-oriented judicial system in North-eastern Bulgaria. Representatives of the Judiciary are aware of the specific needs of the socially disadvantaged citizens and act accordingly during the court hearings in the five Regional and District Courts. The local community is informed about the obligation of the judiciary to provide fair trial to socially disadvantaged citizens, who act as a civic watchdog. |
