| Project Description |
The main objective of the project is to improve transparency of subsidies awarded by the central government to local governments. Within the framework of the project, TIS will be analyzing budgets of all ministries and subsidies awarded by the ministries and a discretionary power in decision-making processes concerning granting of subsidies. |
