| Project Description | The project is aimed at giving a "legal answer" to human rights problems that arise in Poland as a result of the governmental policy of "dealing with" the communist past. This policy includes primarily publishing the report on the liquidation of the secret military intelligence services on 15 February 2007 and entry into force of the new lustration law on 15 March 2007. Those acts involve violations of fundamental rights, such as presumption of innocence, right to court and right to privacy or to good reputation. |
