| Project Description | The goal of this project is to develop an innovative education system designed for the librarians covering the following issues: diversity, interpersonal communication, strategy management, creating positive public attitudes towards social dialogue. The curriculum designed for the libraries will be developed on the basis of experiences gained by the project team during its study visit to the US, where for several years a variety of educational programs have been invented. This curriculum will create an innovative way of content-related support meant for the libraries, and it will also contribute greatly to the enhancement of the prestige of both – libraries and librarians within local milieu as well as within other occupational groups. |
