n January, 2012 the Institute for Public Environment Development started an online civic media, called “Open Parliament – Civic Voices”. The media will publish information about the parliament activity, in accordance with the principles and the best practices of the civic journalism. The main goal of such tool is to support the civic engagement in the public sphere and to have a responsible impact towards the establishment of an authentic civic discussion.
