The project aims to:
– acquire a better understanding and a shared vision of the local urban governance and of the fact that housing, public space, green areas, infrastructure, communication networks, industry and services are closely linked to socio-economic aspects of the city (Integrated Urban Development).
– improve the communication between urban stakeholders so that the decision making process become a transparent and accountable one (Community Empowerment).
