  • Analyzing the management, efficiency and accountability of the 3 major state charity campaigns;
  • To mobilize greater public support for selected Bulgarian NGOs and their campaigns as compared to State fundraising activities;
  • Defining the most effective manner of involvement of the State in fundraising
