The Project goal is to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Academy as a regional grantmaker and supporting organization, in the aspects of the human, social and material capital.

The project’s objectives are:

In this Project, the institutional development of the Academy will focus on three objectives:

• Human capital to improve the Academy in the fields of social marketing, communication, project management, fundraising, and using of new technologies;
• Social capital to tighten the relations with partners and promote tools and solutions created by us among the local partners in the region;
• Material capital to find new funding sources and improve institutional stability.
