The goal of the project is to increase the level of women’s participation in the professional and public life, and thus improve their situation on the labor market and other areas of social reality.

The objectives are:

• to provide grass-root organizations devoted to empowering women against gender discrimination with intellectual and practical tools for social change;
• to focus public attention on how the division of household duties between men and women affects professional life and participation in the public sphere of both sexes;
• to offer recommendations on how to reinforce partnership in the family and the public life, which will provide feminist organizations with good arguments in the discussions over possible ways of women empowerment;
• to support smaller organizations in their fight for equal rights and opportunities for men and women by offering them concrete solutions and recommendations, inspired by international experiences.
