The goal of the project is to reinforce the Platform for Bucharest (PfB) by improving the efficiency of its actions through a strategic approach and a better visibility. The objectives are:

• Build internal capacity to improve communication and organizational arrangements to act according to a consensual strategy;
•  Enhance Platform’s visibility and legitimacy in relationship with local stakeholders, decision makers, citizens, other CSOs, media, potential sponsors.
