| Project Description | Basing on the expert’s experience and research conducted up to date, Fundacja Projekt: Polska believes that introducing the open government model in Poland will help to solve the problems of low social capital and poor quality of the public debate. Employing digital technologies and related models of communication and cooperation, open government should not only increase citizen involvement in public affairs, but also strengthen polish democracy and increase the effectiveness of government and third sector institutions. The Applicant’s goal – creating a foundation for introducing the open government model in Poland – consists of three objectives: developing a roadmap for building open government, creating a laboratory space – a launchpad for open government tools and finally testing open communication model. The project will be carried out for the next three years. |
