| Project Description | The project team aims to assist the empowerment of the powerless in times of crisis through focusing on efficient grant-making to ensure community support for advocacy for effective policy-making and access to service provision to prevent further poverty and marginalization. The project activities will be organized and implemented in such a way as to bridge the vulnerable groups and the NGOs active in respective areas in an attempt to overcome the negative effects of exclusion and vulnerability on the grounds of ethnicity, disability, race, age, gender, children at risk and living in isolated areas. Raising public awareness combined with empowering of local communities will enhance general understanding of the problems identified and will contribute to the social and economic inclusion of marginalized vulnerable groups. |
