| Project Description | Based on the outcomes of this exercise, the Community Donation Fund Stara Zagora wishes to expand upon the lessons learned from this project and share its experiences with similar fledgling organizations in other parts of Bulgaria. This framework project aim: • To develop guidelines and procedures for a small project grants • To initiate and support a group of pilot community based projects • To process the feedback from the implementation of the projects and to update the initial guidelines and procedures • To share experience with the teams in two other towns, by providing training and support for their initiative groups based on the knowledge and experience gained in Stara Zagora • To develop procedures for small grants projects for other groups based on the Stara Zagora experience • Establish a resource centre to share knowledge and experience with other groups |
