| Project Description | The project is aimed at establishing critical and independent monitoring of the media in Bulgaria with a special focus on the public sphere processes framing the pre-, during and post-election state of affairs in the country in the 2008-2009 period. In its final horizon, the building up of a viable institution for media monitoring is dedicated to the mission of improving the overall media field in harmony with the values of civil society. The monitoring is to be used as an instrument for civic pressure on the media sector. |
