| Project Description | The central problem this project aims to address is the disintegration of the connection between the capital and the regions, between the central elites and the local publics, between the civic culture and politics in Bulgaria. The main goal of the project is through a series of local public debates on a major issue of national importance – migration, to support and enhance the mobility of the civic experience across the national public space, thereby bringing back its unity. Attending to the needs of the local publics for intense communication and serious political debate not only locally, but across the regions and with the capital is the first necessary step towards achieving this. |
