The project aims at creating supporting environment for the women-victims of discrimination at work and build up a “bridge” between the concrete target group and the relevant institutions. The methodology is based on an innovative approach for social influence that will be applied for first time in Bulgaria. The goal is to be achieved through the means of the social theatre, juridical consultation, training, media campaign, science research and drawing up of statistic data.
