| Project Description |
This project aims to:
- Make the government accountable for planning and permitting transport project procedures (legal, transparent and economically effective processes open to public participation and with assessment of alternatives);
- Make the government accountable for the financing of specific transport plans and projects and assessing alternatives in terms economic, social and environmental impact;
- Change the way transport is charged into an effective economic tool supporting alternatives in transport policy and a modal shift in favour of environmentally acceptable transport.
