| Project Description | The project aims to create conditions to ensure that responsible bodies will take effective action against exploitation and human trafficking. La Strada wants a win-win situation for all parties involved. The organization will try to raise awareness on the need to broaden discourse on human trafficking to include labour exploitation in other sectors than sex sector as well as to labour exploitation that is not necessarily an outcome of trafficking and to advocate for reliable and accessible information on the nature, mechanisms, trends and extent of exploitation and trafficking in all industries and for mechanisms for ongoing collection and analysis of such data to be established to inform policies and ensure that the policies respond to real-life situations. |
