| Project Description | The goal of this project is to ensure an improved mechanism for public funding of NGOs from local budgets in the counties Timis, Arad and Caras –Severin, by: · Evaluating the current implementation of the laws granting non-reimbursable contracts from public funds to NGOs (Law 350/2005) and to youth projects (Law 350/2006).
· Ensuring that legal rules and procedures regarding the availability of public funding are adequately publicized, and that the application and selection processes are fair and transparent. |
