| Project Description | The project’s goal is to develop the local NGOs’, local journalists’ and citizens’ monitoring and complaining capacities on seven key issues: public procurement, conflicts of interests, incompatibilities, transparency of decision-making process, and access to information, whistleblower protection, and the relationship with the National Integrity Agency (ANI). The means to develop these capacities will be trainings, legal assistance, and complaining and litigation resources. |
