The C.S. Mott Foundation is searching for a new program officer to work on programming in Central/Eastern Europe and Russia. This person will have the opportunity to lead the Foundation’s work in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova, and will work from the Foundation’s office in London.

The Local Government and Public Service Reform Initiative (LGI) was launched in January 1997 by the Board of the Open Society Institute-Budapest. Its mission is to promote democratic and effective governance throughout Central and Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Republics and beyond. Through support of policy development projects, LGI seeks to promote more effective public administration. Based on its accumulated knowledge, expertise and established professional networks, LGI is able to actively contribute to policy design and implementation.
