The Environmental Partnership Foundation is one of the CEE Trust partners and grantees. Its Green Spaces Program implemented in partnership with MOL Romania won The "Best Community Program  Award" at the People for People Gala in March 2010.

At the Civil Society Gala organized on the 26th of May in Bucharest, Romania the Environmental Partnership Foundation was awarded with the Ist Prize with the Green Spaces Program as the best environmental project.

The program achieved significant results in 2009. Here are some of the most relevant results:

The direct involvement of more than 27.000 people in the implementation of 59 funded projects.
The rehabilitation/creation of 28.455 m^2 of urban green spaces.
The planting of over 6.200 trees and bushes and 3.800 flowers.
3 new permanent exhibition and National Parks and 9 thematic paths' in protected areas.
Biodiversity Day organized in 3 protecteed areas.
The day of the protected area organized in 9 reserves.
Promotion of the importance of protected areas in the case of 6 National Parks, 4 Nature Parks and 17 IUCN category IV natural reserves.
