It’s a title of a seminar organized by the Information Office of the Council of Europe and Law and Administration Department of the Warsaw University together with the Helsinki Foundation of Human Rights. 

The seminar will be held in Warsaw, Poland, on June 1, 2010 at the Senate Hall of the Warsaw University.
