The book contains analyses of questions that have arisen during court practices between 2005 – 2008, connected to the Access to Information Litigation in Bulgarian and also cases of malpractice. Compliers of the collection and authors of the commentary are lawyer Alexander Kashumov, head of the legal team of AIP and lawyer Kiril Terziiski, also from AIP.

The book is available in Bulgarian and soon will be published in English.
