INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR ON PUBLIC BENEFIT AND ITS IMPLICATIONS FOR SOCIETY

On behalf of one of our partner organisations - Open Society Foundation Bratislava and on behalf of the Slovak Donors´ Forum, the CEE Trust would like to invite you to participate in the international seminar "Developing Philanthropy: Public Benefit and its Implications for Society" that will take place on March 3, 2006 in Bratislava.

The aim of the seminar is to bring international context into the currently going on discussion about philanthropy and public benefit status in Slovakia and to deliver experience and knowledge from other countries to the seminar participants so that the whole process is more effective and constructive. The seminar is planned to be a one-day event with participation of foreign experts, the Slovak NGOs´ representatives, and the Slovak government officials.

This international seminar is an integral part of the project "Public Benefit and its Implications for Non-profit Sector in Slovakia" that is implemented by the Slovak Donors´ Forum and Open Society Foundation Bratislava and generously supported by the CEE Trust .
